 Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

At Nover Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Not be assembled, modified, damaged, or used beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

  • Made-to-order or custom-made furniture.

  • Mattresses that have been unsealed or used for hygiene reasons.

  • Products that have been assembled or altered by the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the damage or fault.

We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Return Shipping

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return delivery costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Any delivery charges paid at the time of purchase may be refunded in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return under this policy.
