Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. See our Delivery Information page for full details.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

Do you deliver internationally?

No. We deliver within the UK only.

How long does delivery take?

Within 3 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Bank Holidays are excluded.

Can I choose my delivery date?

We do not currently offer a date-selection service.

Can I request a morning delivery?

We cannot guarantee morning deliveries. Times are set by our courier partners.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details where available.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

The courier may leave a calling card, contact you to rearrange, or return the item to their depot. Follow the calling card instructions or use your tracking link to rearrange.

Do you offer room of choice delivery?

No. Items are delivered to your door only.

Do you offer assembly?

No. Assembly instructions are included with all relevant products.

Can you remove my old furniture?

No. We do not offer a furniture removal service.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Check your tracking information first. If there are no updates or the order appears lost, please contact us immediately.
