Which bed size is right for me?
UK sizes: Single (90x190cm), Small Double (120x190cm), Double (135x190cm), King (150x200cm), Super King (180x200cm). Always measure your room and access routes before ordering.
What is an ottoman bed?
A bed with a lift-up base revealing a large storage compartment underneath the mattress. Ideal for maximising storage in smaller bedrooms.
What is a divan bed?
A bed with a solid or sprung platform base, usually with built-in drawers, and a separate mattress.
Which mattress firmness should I choose?
Side sleepers: soft to medium. Back sleepers: medium to firm. Front sleepers and heavier sleepers: firm. Couples: medium is usually a good compromise.
What is a hybrid mattress?
A mattress combining pocket springs with foam or memory foam comfort layers — the support of springs with the pressure relief of foam.
How long does a mattress take to expand?
Roll-up mattresses typically take 24–72 hours to fully expand. Wait the full 72 hours before sleeping on it.
Why does my mattress smell?
New mattress off-gassing is normal and harmless. Air it in a well-ventilated room for 24–48 hours and the smell will go.
How often should I rotate my mattress?
Every 3 months for the first year, then every 6 months. Check your product care instructions for specific guidance.
How do I clean upholstered furniture?
Vacuum regularly. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild fabric cleaner. Always test on a hidden area first. Check the care label on your product.
How do I care for velvet?
Brush regularly with a soft brush. Blot spills immediately — do not rub. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Will colours match the photos?
We work hard to represent colours accurately. Slight variations can occur due to screen settings. Contact us if colour accuracy is critical to your decision.
Are product dimensions exact?
Dimensions are provided by the manufacturer and are as accurate as possible. Allow a 1–2cm margin when measuring your space.
